 This website, purepandahealth.com (the “Site”), is owned and operated by Pure Panda Health Ltd. (“COMPANY,” “we” or “us”). By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and to use the Site in accordance with these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific sections of the Site or to products and services available through the Site or from COMPANY. Accessing the Site, in any manner, whether automated or otherwise, constitutes use of the Site and your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service.

 We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service or to impose new conditions on use of the Site, from time to time, in which case we will post the revised Terms of Service on this website. By continuing to use the Site after we post any such changes, you accept the Terms of Service, as modified.

 2. Digital Products/Courses

 You are purchasing one single copy of the online product. Duplicating, sharing, or uploading product files to sharing sites is considered stealing, those who violate this will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

 All digital Pure Panda Health products are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Product is provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not use the Product or the materials available on the Product in a manner that constitutes an infringement of our rights or that has not been authorized by us. More specifically, unless explicitly authorized by the owner of the materials, you may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, translate, sell, create derivative works, exploit, or distribute in any manner or medium (including by email or other electronic means) any material from the Product. You may, however, from time to time, download and/or print one copy of individual pages of the site for your personal, noncommercial use, provided that you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices.

Refund Policy: There are no refunds for digital e-books and online courses, no exceptions. Read the product descriptions carefully and ensure you are aware of what you are getting and the refund policy.

 Technology Issues: You are responsible for ensuring you have all of the necessary technology to run these online programs. Refunds will not be offered based on your technical issues. We will not be liable for any technical issues beyond the steady serving of our own website.

 Add-On Packages & Consultations: If you opted to register for one of the add-on package options, it is your responsibility to use it by the posted deadline date. No extensions will be offered. If you chose a package that includes a consultation, it is your responsibility to book it before the deadline date. Pure Panda Health is not responsible for anything relating to transactions with third party companies that are being promoted or offering additional bonuses in connection with this program.

 Supplements & Testing: Supplements may be recommended to you as part of a program/course. Any supplements required are at your expense. If you opt for additional testing not included as part of a program/course, you are required to pay it at your own expense.

 Download links for e-products (books, guides and mp-3 lectures) are valid and functioning for one (1) download per link.

 It is the sole responsibility of the customer/purchaser to know where downloaded files end up on their own computer systems and to back-up any downloadable products. Pure Panda Health is not responsible for lost documents or computer mishaps. Additional download links for lost/misplaced files will not be provided.

 Once your download link is sent to you, it is your responsibility to download all documents in a timely manner.

 Online Delivery

 Delivery of e-books or documents to accompany class registration should be received within five minutes of placing order. This is an automated process and should function efficiently 24 hours a day. If you do not see an email with a confirmation and link to download your product, please do the following:

•  Confirm that payment went through

• Confirm that you entered the correct email address

• Confirm that the document did not go to any other folders, such as junk/trash

All orders will have a receipt number. If you are not sure whether a purchase went through, email support: amanda@purepandahealth.com and someone will get back to you within 48 business hours.

 3. Use License

Permission is granted to download one copy of the materials (information, ebooks, programs, freebies) on Pure Panda Health’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not: modify or copy the materials; use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial); attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Pure Panda Health’s website; remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server.
